So, I was going to do a Wordless Wednesday this week, but today, I've made a big achievement. After moving away from my family and having my son, I stopped going to High School to focus on raising my kiddo. I went back off and on as much as I could to further progress with my studies. I went off and on due to my husband working, me not being able to drive and most times the lack of a way there.

This past school year, I tried going back to the actual High School with kids a lot younger then me, and homework and stuff. With it just being my husband and I at home, and a babysitter who was not always available because she has a family of her own, I struggled at formal High School.

So, I decided to switch to Alternative Education, where it was the same material, only I had to stay for just three hours each day, and I could work at my own pace. Along the way though there were sometimes when I could not attend due to personal issues, but even then, I took work home with me so I could keep progressing.

Today, I finally finished everything. I have completed High School, and will be receiving my diploma in May! I have to say thank you to all the people who have supported me and didn't look down on me for the fact that I am just now graduating at twenty years old. I could not have done it without: Patty for sacrificing her family time to care for my son, My husband for being a constant source of support and not letting me give up ( I wanted to a lot)! Also, I wanted to thank my sister Kati for all her tough love and support! I know I can be a pain in the butt sometimes!

So, my message to all mothers is: Never let anything keep you from doing something you want to do!

Fashion Friday!!!!

This is my first Fashion Friday! Due to money issues I may not post one every Friday.

This week I am featuring the "Lip Service Astrovamp Miniskirt, and Converse All Star XX Hi shoes.

The skirt was purchased at www.fuckthemainstream.com for $19.00 sale price plus shipping charges. I love this website, because even though their clothes can be a little pricey, the always have something being sold in their "Hot Deals" section.

The site caters to "Gothic, Cyber, Punk, ect." clothing and accessories, and it also carries merchandise for www.vampirefreaks.com its affiliate site.

I am happy to say, for a first time buying clothes offline, I was surprised at how promptly my package got here. Inside, I found a complementary vampirefreaks.com sticker and a notice regarding returns/exchanges.

The skirt was the right size and in great shape. It is comfortable and just what I ordered! Thumbs up from me!

My shoes: Converse All Star XX Hi shoes were purchased at Journey's Shoe Company for $69.99 plus tax. They come in three different color schemes and feature a zipper in the back for easy use. They are very comfortable just like any Converse shoe.

Now, as a mother, I will not wear these when I am out with my son, but these are items I have purchased for my enjoyment. I enjoy them very much yes, but I simply cannot dress like this on a daily basis. It takes too long and I don't have the will to do this everyday! Nor the want!
I am sure many other mothers will agree, that when you have children, sometimes dressing up is just out of the question! :D I like to express myself though, and clothing is my personal way of doing that!

For more information or to buy these items or many others please visit their websites:

I was not compensated in any way by either fuckthemainstream.com or Journey's Shoes for these reviews. I bought these items myself and this review is simply my personal review of these products.

Love to you all!

Tired of finding goldfish crackers, fruit loops, and other little snacks everywhere in your house, car, and everywhere else? So am I! Well, Munckin has created these cute cup-sized snack catchers to save you all that trouble of cleaning up those messes!

These handy cups are small enough with a soft lid for your little one to reach inside without getting "owies" and grab whatever kind of snack you wish to put in them.

Features of Snack Catchers:
- Each container holds 9 oz. of snacks
- Bottom of container keeps surfaces scratch free
- On the bottom you can write your child's name
- You can get the catchers in 1 or 2 packs with a variety of colors

So, far I have used these catchers a lot with my son! The thing I like most about them is that you can turn them upside-down and shake them, and the snacks won't fall out!
This product gets two thumbs up from me!

To buy this product/learn more about it and many other great products visit the Munchkin website:

I have received no compensation from the Munchkin company for this review. I bought this product myself, and this review is a personal review.
